Join us for the return of our Summer Youth Fitness Camp. We welcome your child ages 12-18 yrs of age to join us in a focused and fun week of conditioning that will help them begin their fitness program or will help those currently in training to form a structured program that they can use to help jump start their Fall sport. We will work at the track, basketball courts, parks, woods, almost anywhere! 
The program has a daily schedule that begins at 8am and concludes at 12pm. Each member will work on our specialty; running form and economy; as we know almost every sport requires some form of running, we want to teach the student how to do it correctly. We will incorporate indoor cycling, cardio strength training, core training as well as flexibility and coordination. 
Led by certified Masters Elite runner Kent Lemme, Masters distance runner Shiobbean Lemme and Ultra runner Nick Curelop; our Running Coaches, Cycling Instructors, Yoga Instructors and Personal Trainers. We train right along side each client helping them work on their form and function of each activity.
