Jump Start Spring Sport Training Program
If you are not playing a winter sport and want to get ready for your spring sport and be in even better shape this program will help you get there! For Middle/High School Athletes who are not playing on a winter sports team. Some running involved but mostly cross training, strength training, core and flexibility training.
- Program runs January through March
- Tuesday and Thursdays from 3:45-5:15 PM
- Limited to 18 athletes
- Meet at Berkshire Running Center, 42 Summer St. Pittsfield, MA
